Community Development Manager
As the Community Development Manager, you will represent KQKD within its coverage areas, including Redfield, Aberdeen, Huron, Watertown, Faulkton, and Miller.
This role offers a flexible schedule, requiring attendance at meetings and hosting of events as necessary. You will coordinate directly with station staff and executive management and proactively cultivate relationships within the community to enhance goodwill.
Regular reporting to executive management will be required, as requested.
Compensation: Base pay plus bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include upholding KQKD's reputation for goodwill and operational excellence, ensuring all guests, partners, and staff are treated with professionalism and respect, and maintaining consistent station engagement through event coordination, calendar monitoring, guest hosting, and adherence to regulatory obligations.
