Pool Manager
Responsibilities
- Opens and closes the Pool
- Order or purchase Pool supplies
- Deposit till bag at the end of the day
- Determine when Pool is to be closed due to low attendance or inclement weather
- Check chlorine and PH levels in the Pool
- Record the number of patrons at the Pool
- Monitor Swimming Lessons
- Schedule and record when the bath house will be cleaned
- Direct staff
- Ensure timecards are filled out correctly, signed, and forward them to the Parks & Rec Director
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public, particularly children and their parents.
