Spink County Daycare is looking for a passionate and experienced Childcare Center Director to lead our new center opening August 3rd! This is a unique opportunity to build a high-quality childcare program from the ground up and make a lasting impact in our community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with SD DSS licensing
- Create a safe, positive environment
- Communicate with families and staff
- Support enrollment & program development
Qualifications
- Must meet SD DSS Director requirements
- Experience in childcare/early education required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
